can someone point me where to ask for business partnership. I mean which forum (or sub-forum as many would say).

which type of partnership you're looking for??
 
I am basically looking for manpower type partnership. I need to maintain 99% uptime of my SEO business so I need someone to take care of it when it is not possible for me to be around.

Crooker already said about JV section, however I didn't knew about the 50 post threshold. Perhaps, I will wait till then
