    Hey,

I own a new website selling SEO services. I would like to buy some advertising to drive more visitors.
Can you suggest me good advertising method for my website? Please don't tell me to do some SEO myself, I am also doing this.

I am thinking of buying advertising spot on Blogtrepreneur.com - 20,000 impression for 75 USD, which seems pretty good to me.

    What are your suggestions?

    My website is: skyrocketseo.us

I have created banner for Blogtrepreneur.com:
    banner.gif

You would better read more carefully! Links to ToS & Privacy Policy are included in footer. And I really didn't asked anything about ToS and PP, so this was completely offtopic.

Anyone can give me proper reply?

    Thanks

Depends on what market you are trying to target? Local or multi-national?

A good start would be to make some threads in marketing forums selling your services, such as here BHW, DP, WF etc... You can get a thread pretty cheap or for free in most marketing forums.

If you want to target local businesses, get searching for local businesses in yoru area using any resources you have - newspaper, internet, business directories... and contact them by phone offering your services, then send them a follow up proposal by post. You could also try cheap forms of advertising such as advertising in your local newspapers.

I'd like to target multi-national market. Local market is impossible for me with this site because not all people in my country speak english.

I'm definitely going to try BST threads. Doing it on DP and this have already brought me 3 orders. I'm thinking of WF, but wouldn't it be better to get someone with good rating to publish it for me?

    Thanks

By the way, I've already bought banners on 3 niche related websites - Blogtrepreneur.com, Justclickin.com and Creativeguerrillamarketing.com. It totally cost me 80 USD. I got few clicks after a day but no sales yet.

No offence OP - but if I was a business and I saw your site - I definately would not order from you.

Seems more your customer base is targeted at IM type people and niche sites - so you need to advertise where those people hang out.

words like "guaranteed" just send people running who know anything about Seo.

Use Facebook ads, create an Headline that tells business owners how you can improve their rankings in google, bla, bla, and you can get some clients.

    Agreed

Also check out double click ad planner, and type in your target audience and look for your niche.

In addition OP, the site looks a little spammy. You are better off not putting prices on your home page. Put them on the interior pages and have an introduction on your home page explaining everything. When you do that, you look like someone who is actually trying to help as opposed to someone just trying to sell backlinks. Hope that helps.

There is poor sales copy, the presentation is god awful. You got the psychology all wrong for the site. People looking in the SEO niche for "services" are actually first looking for facts and information, any tips they can dig up. This should be clearly presented as you list your benefits in your sales copy. your going to need to go local first if you can, but since you can't you have to go on targeted sites. You can also try to buy traffic to your site (revamped) but you need sales copy first. That is your only problem for now, next is sorting through the noob ad networks to find a good conversion traffic source.

Ok, I don't expect you will order from my website. This website is for people who doesn't know Fiverr and these people would buy it.

But thanks for your opinion, I will try to slightly rewrite it.

Your journey is simply the best. You are my inspiration. Hope I'll also reach the same goal - $1000 a month.

    Will definitely try it.

I don't expect anyone from BHW will buy it.

    Thank you.

I will hire someone to write descriptions for me. Thanks for your reply.

Even if most people in your country don't speak English all you have to do is add your language as an option for the site...
In my opinion locals are the best start up clients you can get. Build a portfolio and orders will start rolling in.
    Best of luck :)

I don't mean to jack the thread or anything, but I'm wondering what exactly is the advantage of pursuing local sales with a SEO service website? I don't understand what the benefit would be, it just seems like you'd be limiting your potential. Anyone care to elaborate?

I was also thinking about it. But local in this case means advertising to specific companies no matter where they are based including these in your local area. I would try scraping leads from Yellowpages and contacting them via email.
