This has to be a dream. Maybe I'm late to the party, but I've been gone for a bit so I just noticed. I've never been more disappointed in a change to website than I am right now.

Does it really need edge in that specific department though? The idea is to work through a problem and find a resolution.
The change makes sense for people looking to solve a problem with another member.

The term Dispute Resolution is better than the word ShitList. Gives it a professional touch

To be honest I felt the same when I got scammed a few weeks ago.
Looking for the shit list for 10 mins.
I feel a bit like I'm on a politically correct forum now.
And the term "shit list" makes you feel like the person who scammed you is going to get a bit of an arse kicking

It got shitlisted and lost the shitlist & had to be re-branded to Dispute Resolution

I get the whole "dispute resolution" thing.
It sounds more professional and some people maybe offended by that type of profanity.
However, when the guy who just stole my money and sailed off into the sunset goes A.W.O.L on his new yaught I can't help feeling a little bit annoyed......dare I say angry?
Going to the the "dispute resolution" section of the forum does nothing to soothe my anger.
It feels comparable to phoning the police in the UK.
Now the shit list on the other hand......that feels like the person who stole my money is going to have his reputation trashed for all of eternity.
