I have a business that is really based on meeting the needs of two groups at the same time, and it works out great!

In about a month I am going to sell it off to someone who has more time on their hands because I will be going back to school.

Basically I jsut wanted to know where would be the best place to sell on online "business".

I can make a quick site and sell it on flippa but all of the traffic is coming straight from forums.

If I wanted to sell it on here, where could I do that at? I know there are some BHers that could take this method and RUN with it, but I don't know the proper place to post it seeing that the marketplace is closed at the moment :(

It would come with a forum account, a corresponding email, and a website. All contact's, materials, and full support by me.

    Any suggestions would be great!

I don't think the BST section of the marketplace is closed anymore, since there are threads from may and last month that have been approved and opened. You could try to put it up for sale there, but if it comes with a website and all the other things you mentioned you can certainly sell it off on flippa for a high price.

Take a look at the Site Flipping section or maybe post a JV if you want someone to help you sell it.

Approach your "competitors" and ask them for a fair price because you don't have time to manage the project anymore.

I've sold quite a few money-making websites just by approaching the competition and asking them to "buy my business". Very simple, very effective, and super fast :)

    Good luck!

Hmmm... guess I can. I'm a longtime lurker, but depending on what your site does, I may like to look at it
