Don't pay for advertising until you know who your users are. When you know this, you can then create successful campaigns, as well as have a better idea of where to advertise.

What category is your app? How many installs currently? Have you started building any type of community around it? What does your funnel look like?

My audience will be techsavy people or internet marketer, it's a tool. Currently building the app, it's not live yet. That's asking questions beforehand.
