Hey, I have a website about some disease and I think where can I add my site (besides social media and forums) in order to increase amount of external links to my domain? It is good strategy, isn't? Or am I wrong? If it's okay, may be can you advise me some catalogs where to add my domain?

Of course its a good strategy, its hard work though if you are going to do it all manually, but then you can ensure the quality.

You can look for guest posts on other sites in yours and surrounding niches - write some great content to entice bloggers into accepting your posts - and then you link back to your domain, Fiverr is also a place where sometimes you can find half decent sites that will accept guest posts.

Get involved in forums in your niche and post links there in amongst useful content and/or in your signature.... thats a few ideas.

Go to Google and type your target keyword.

Then contact the top 50 websites (page 1 to page 5).

If you can get about 10% of them to link to your site (5 or more), you'll rank very easily on the first page for your target keyword.

Before you do anything you should read moz's beginner guide to SEO and linkbuilding.

Learn first, then act. Diving in and contacting webmasters right away isn't going to work. You need to first understand how to approach a webmaster, and how to pitch a guest post. Shit, you might even need to learn what a guest post is.

There's no magic way of earning backlinks, but until you understand why you need backlinks and how they support Google's algorithm, you're not going to ever have much success as a webmaster, an SEO, and a black hat marketer.

you need to buy Guest Post in order to rank in Health niche.

Don't start you linkbuilding campaign without certain knowledge, it may do more harm than good, follow basic manuals for linkbuilding from moz and BHW, good luck!

If it's white hat, then share it on social media (boost it if you've got the $) and wait for legitimate links back if your content really is interesting. Other than spending money, your only other option is black hat but it may not be ideal if this is a money site.
