where is the internal list in artemis??

any one of you guys used artemis pro???

I ve seen all of the videos and what I dont get is where is the internal list??

The video says that the internal list will submit the article to hundreds of sites and we can also make our own lists called external lists.

but how do I make use of the internal list??
