where is my "allowance" being used?

So when I first started getting sales with clickbank I noticed that every pay period they would take some $ in order to cover future refunds. However, for this week my credits were $81 and my debits were $201 leaving me at a -120$ paycheck for the week which will be covered in my next paycheck. But where is all this allowance being used? I have over $150 in allowance and it never gets released and whenever I have refunds it come straight out of the paycheck, not from allowance. What's up with that?
