There are plenty of good paid ones and some free ones that kinda work. I've used Web CEO and it works perfectly. Plenty of other people on here like to use paid versions of different software.

I've always been in love with SerpBuddy.

Traffic Travis is pretty good. I use an app called "Rank checker" app for my iphone that is spot on. SerpBuddy is pretty good, with some minor flaws. Its tough to get a good one, but they're out there! Let us know what you pick.
