Like Alienmare said, free lancers will do it for you.... If i knew flash, I would work with you, but I don't. lol I only know how to make sites in Photoshop, then slice them, and code them with CSS + XHTML. :p

Go to www.99designs.com its a Site point site for design contests. Have a look around and if you see one designer you like get in touch. I use it from time to time to pick up designs that never won the contest cheap.

Hey man, be careful doing that. You are soliciting right there, which is against the TOS of the forum. Keep that in the ' Hire Freelancers ' section or only in PM.

Flash is expensive to have coded, not because it is harder, but because it is time consuming to build. I recommend that you post in the ' hire a freelancer ' section here in the forum and you will find some really cool guys that work cheap on the fly.

I know flash very well and use it in a lot of specific target features for projects but, like to advise people planning on using it for an entire site:

It looks great and is cool but, it doesn't load fast and isn't read by every SE spider that crawls across it or every browser that goes to load it. If you hit some poor soul that is still on dialup or someone that doesn't have it enabled, you aren't going to get that customer.

Your best bet is to use a flash-based header, for the cool look you want. You can then build your site in Dhtml and css, php, asp or whatever you want and just include the flash nav and header into place, which will load way faster, saving you time on exposing the client to your site, not risking loking them.

    Food for thought.

Yeah, there are countless problems with using flash as a template design language, as it doesn't read as people think it does in the SE. They are also the hardest to midify when changes in design come into play. The seo involved in it is one of the biggest downers about it, as the design will have to be completely reworked everytime an element is added or removed from a page that has already been completed.

word is that the bigs like Google and Yahoo can read text in flash objects, but its still not the optimal method for seo.
Its ok to have a flash banner or some element of the page in Flash, but not the entire page. Flash is kickass, but just not practical for an entire site.

Some good answers but has anyone noticed the OP is a year old? I'm pretty sure he has figured it out by now. ;)

    True,

I make flash websites, PM send.

@sudhamuthuraj: Coreldraw for webdesign, isn't that more for printed material? Why don't you use Illustrator?
