Before you try to sell it you can install wordpress and make a blog, post 10-15 articles on male enhancement with aff links and try to make some sales. If this domain is strong enough you should be able to rank for some keywords and make some sales, pumps, extenders etc pay out 50% commissions and you can make a lot more money than just selling the domain itself.
