Where find meta generator special for affiliates links ?

Yes that's very technical question i try to explain simple

when you have an affiliat link
like

-http://banner.casino*123.com/cgi-bin/redir.cgi?id=N&member=toto

ok you have meta tags but if you try to promote like that

-http://banner.casino*123.com/cgi-bin/redir.cgi?id=N&member=toto-01
-http://banner.casino*123.com/cgi-bin/redir.cgi?id=N&member=toto-02
-http://banner.casino*123.com/cgi-bin/redir.cgi?id=N&member=toto-03
-http://banner.casino*123.com/cgi-bin/redir.cgi?id=N&member=toto-04

you get all the time the same meta tags, thrue page is different, but meta are the same so i want if possible keeping my affiliat link but change meta tags.

(look like impossible becasue i'm not the ownler of the domain and can not get access to)

understand now why i past day to make redirection to change meta or is there a technical solution to do it (was thinking of doorway pages the only trouble it's java redirection and that search engine do not like it)
