Where does your PayPal locked account money go?

    It seems that PayPal literally has money to burn these days. I was thinking that they probably funded this project with the money they gangstered from all of those locked accounts.

    This means that some of us should have our names printed on the side of this rocket, since we helped sponsor it. :)

    lol... Locked accounts only constitutes a small % of paypal revenue. Stop bitching. They make around 3% of every transaction, and that is way more.

    If your account it locked, you have the option of withdrawing it through a bank account after a certain amount of time.
