Where do you promote your movie site and how much you're making of it?

I'm using youtube, started yesterday promoting it, I uploaded 800 videos so far, and I'm getting ZERO traffic to my site?!?

I see everyone else that has a movie site making at least $50 a day, and I'm getting no traffic!!

You uploaded 800 videos in 2 days?

If you honestly uploaded 200 videos to YT in 2 days you should be getting thousands of uniques. Something in me says that you didn't really upload 800 videos though.

Anyway, you can promote your movie sites anywhere you'd promote regular sites.

Create a large fanpage and drive fans to it (buy them through fiverr or other sources) and advertise it on your site. Upload watermarked videos. Post on Y!A (with level 2 accounts is preferred) etc etc

Just search around the forum like everyone else and twist what you find to work for you.

I uploaded 800 videos in 2 days yes, working on it 2 days straight with 4 hours sleep!

The problem is my videos are getting very few views!

    10 views max per vid.

I'm promoting all the hot movies of the moment, recently released and upcomming ones.

Why am I getting so few views?

    10 views per video x 800 videos = 8000 views total.

You're telling me that of those 8000 not 1 was interested in clicking your link? If that's true you are doing something fundamentally wrong and I suggest you change your approach completely.

Try Y!A, I've had good luck with them. Just answer questions specific to your niche and you're good to go.

I had 28 clicks total on my cpa lead gateway in 2 days and not one single lead, the overall traffic to my site was about 150 visitors yesterday and 200 today.

Is this normal for 800 videos?

I was convinced that with the work I invested in uploading all these videos I would have at least 1000 visitors a day, that was my worst case scenario...

Warez forums are really not the right place if you use ShareCash, since most warez-forums regulars do not like to go through any hassle to get the content.

I would focus on (and are) stream-repositories such as TvDuck (for TV shows tho).

You uploaded the videos yesterday, don't expect to get millions of views every day, if each video got 10 views, 800x10=80,000 views, which is quite a lot of views for a single day.

You may want to fix your math...

First I was mentioning an average figure, some of my videos only got like 1 or 2 views...

    But assuming the average I mentioned, 800 x 10 = 8.000!!!

    Not 80.000!!!!!

Anyway. my point is, just what are those other movie site owners doing to make $50 - $100 - $150 constant a day?

I worked my ass off on this, my eyes are bloody red for the time I haven't sleep and spent in front of the screen.

I worked over 40 hours promoting my site, and I haven't got a single lead.

With the time I invested on this I would expect something made already to pay off my time, even $50 would be something.

I worked 40 hours on this!! That's how much time a person works in a entire week on a 9-5 job!

Well you just uploaded them yesterday, so give it a litte time for the traffic to come through. 1 day isn't going to give you your 1000uv/day.

Props to you for uploading so many vid though. I wouldn't even attempt that without a bot ;)

So you should have an idea how exhausting it is, and how frustrating it also is not to see my work rewarded!!

Here's a tip: when I upload videos I upload the movie trailer that I am trying to promote and call it "Movie Title Part 1" or something. I find that having the actual trailer as opposed to some text that says "click the link in the description" gets me a lot more views. Lately youtube has been taking the trailers down soon after I put them up though.

almost all of those 'click the link in the description' YT ads lead to somewhere with a forced zango install. lot's of sites like tv.links.eu or tvlinks.cc maybe you can get them to put your links in
