    Hey guys,

Would like to know if you invest also in other things than bussines and IM.

If so, where do you invest? Do you recommend also some alternative investments like wathces , wine or art?

Or do you invest in bonds, stocks, gold?

For example i have found p2p lendings very interesting but i also use some common ways of investmetns like funds

I'm making my first investments as we speak in stocks (value, not growth, all caps) and mutual funds (passive index specifically).

Dow broke all time records yesterday and S&P did so the day before too.

Looking at the Dow today, looks like it dipped, but it's not a big deal because I'm a long term investor.

Anyways, I suggest reading top investment books from Amazon. If you're young like me (most people on here are), familiarizing yourself with compound interest and average market returns at a young age can be a real eye opener.

If you're not into this kind of stuff, I've seen some family and friends do really well with real estate, especially a couple years ago here in USA.

Good thread, hope to hear from others.

Stocks, mostly growth stocks. They are more risky than value stocks but so far I've been doing well. I've had a few that crashed, but the ones that went up did so spectacularly. However, if you decide invest in stocks, the number one rule is to invest only money you can afford to lose!

Bought strawberries, apples, carrots and young potatoes this morning at the green market. Went outside, invested my time into my family, good times.

Ye these are also good investments :)

No one here who use some alternative ways of investing? I heard that buying stocks of marijuana companies in US may be goldmine soon :)

Investment in your own health is probably the most powerful and long term investment :)
