I would like to know where I can easily find large text files or plain text to copy & paste that conforms to the twitter <140 characters template.

I intend to use this list of premade tweets to post using Tweet Attacks to make my automated account look more believable by posting tweets without links more frequently. I have other tools like scrapebox available, so if there is a footprint that would lead me to such lists, please let me know here.

For my purposes for this particular account, I would like to use something like "philosophical quotes" or "words of inspiration".

And yes, I tried searching SEs and BHW already for this resource, but had no luck. I'm looking to find an easily repeatable methods of finding lists like these so I can implement them for twitter accounts that target all sorts of niches.

There is a option in tweetattacks to do it, also you can do it manually - find some of tweet accounts that all day posting those motivational / funny / quotes stuff and copy all their tweets, erase (search/replace) dates and unnecessary stuff in text editor, and you'll have tweets.
    Code:
    https://twitter.com/#!/MoveMeQuotes
    https://twitter.com/#!/persdevquotes
    https://twitter.com/#!/mr_lovequotes
    https://twitter.com/#!/Tweets2Motivate
    https://twitter.com/#!/mister_quotes

The person above me gives an exlicent idea. I just go to google and search "motivational quoats" and copy paste them for scheduled tweeting

I assume you're referring to the "Tweet Scraper" and/or "Tweet Scraper Advance". I'm trying to configure this module but it's a little tough. Sometimes the full tweet gets cut off, for example:

    If the original tweet is,
"A soul without a high aim is like a ship without a rudder. -Eileen Caddy #quotes"

    The scraped version is,
"A soul without a high aim is like a ship without a rudder"

As you can see, the author name and some punctuation gets cut off. I'm not really complaining - this is still a much faster method than manually typing out each tweet and going straight to the source with topic-specific twitter accounts that post quotes is a nice shortcut. I would just like to ask if there is an even easier way.

Thanks, though. I will try to use this method for now.

Rss feeds are among the best for me. Take randomly out the link every few of them to sound more legit and diversify your sources. You'll have the added benefit of tweeting current news. Another trick is to scrape random tweets from the trends and personalize them using the aforementioned directions. If you know some php, python or whatever language really, it might take half a day to put your system in place. Refer to a job board if you're not a coder, it's gonna be a cheap gig. HTH!

I totally forgot to rss feeds. Yes, you can do it with rss. After recent changes on twitter rss is not visible but still exists, go to
    Code:
    http://www.idfromuser.com/
, copy/paste username, take ID and place it like this
    Code:
    http://twitter.com/statuses/user_timeline/[U]123456789[/U].rss
You can make fully automated tweet system, take those rss feeds and use
    Code:
    http://twitterfeed.com/
to send them periodically on your account(s) . You can use up to 5 feeds per one twitter account.

Also, you can make bit.ly account (free and you can register it for few seconds with twitter) and use their feeds, too. All tweets that you are sending through twitterfeed you can send through bit.ly and re-send them on third account, multiply and make viral whatever you are doing with them. Little brainstorming but can be lucrative with some link or offers.
