Where do You buy expired domains ?

Recently godaddy banned few of my accounts, the reason was that i snaped expired domains and spammed links. Where do You guys buy domains so it's safe to change the content on the site and do link spam ?

You could make a new godaddy account... with an alias. Wait for that to get banned maybe? I'm not sure of a registrar that would be okay with this.
 
I highly recommend ---> expireddomains.net which is the one am using to buy expired domains :)

I wish expireddomains. net would add metrics from majestic seo and seomoz domain rank. I need this when i look for domains.
 
What should be my criteria when looking for expired domains ? PR, indexed pages in google, etc ?
 
Its Not about just looking domains :)

1. Check PR on 2 - 3 Best PR checker tools (whether domain got real PR or fake)

2. Check its backlinks if they got good some of links like 100+ (since some domains got PR value with 0 backlinks, Does it make any sense ? how domain can get PR without backlinks)

3. Indexed pages in Google (some might de-indexed, but shows PR value )

4. Check its review (some domains use it for scam purpose )

How many domains should rank ok and how many will be failure ? So far i bought a few domains and some were ok, but most were crap and didn't showup in serps.
 
How about when the expired domain is not even ranking for it's unique domain name ? is indexed, all looks ok, but not ranking for it's unique domain name.
