Where do you buy cheap COM domain?

I think that there are 2 ways: cheap registration for 1 year and cheap registration and renewal.
They might be 2 different registrars for those 2 different purposes.

is hostplax now hostmines? want to purchase now, but im not sure.... bought a cheap com domain on namecheap and now I need a webhosting.
is the starter set (1gb diskspace; 5gb bandwidth) for a small shopify store (1 product; so rly small) enough for me or do I need more (diskspace 5gb, bandwith 100gb).

and at hostmines it says email accounts 5. so i can create 5 email accounts with the domain i bought before on namecheap? e.g. [email protected]?

Now hostmines asks me if I want to "Transfer your domain from another registrar" or "I will use my existing domain and update my nameservers".
I just want to have the domain, nothing else.

what should I choose? sorry for noobquestions
(it is for a shopify store)
