In the past i have got domains off a friend who has an opensrs reseller account. Just wondering if this is the cheapest and best option and wondered where other people buy there domain names from. Obviously if this is the best option i will get my own opensrs account but as I don't really have an interest in selling domain names, i won't spend $95 if i don't have to!

So, where do you buy your domain names and how much do they cost? I'm not interested in free domain names as part of hosting packages

i use namecheap for my hosting and my domains. you can use their coupons for registering new domains and first time hosting setups.
here is the ref link to namecheap if you end up using them ;) in my opinion they walk all over godaddy and hostgator

Thanks. I checked their site out and it looks good. It's easy to point the domain name to any hosting package right (i normally use 1&1)? Also is there any hidden things i need to watch out for?
