Trust me, you will never (or anyone, for that matter) generate enough traffic to an offer that is comparable to large scale ddos attacks. Some ddos attacks send gigabytes of garbage per second to the victim server... thats millions, probably billions of normal web page loads every second. Plus if you're sending traffic to an offer I don't see why they would even consider the option that you were ddosing them, its obvious you're promoting their affiliate products. You're fine
DDOS attacks are for making it so servers cannot respond to legit requests. You are sending them legit requests, so even if your traffic was to slow their servers in anyway you'd certainly not be breaking any laws.
