Is there any other site that will allow you to sell a website without asking me to pay for the ad first? If so what sites and which ones are the hotspots? If I had $19 to pay Flippa then I'd use Flippa, but I don't. So I need some free alternatives.

The site I have has great potential, but I need money, so I'm dreadfully willing to part with it. All that needs to be done is adding additional content, well depending upon whose method you use here on BHW. To create each post you would answer 10 questions that have already been set up within the back office. Then, fill out AIOS if you want.

Every post will be in uniform with each other. I have only written and created 16 posts without the use of software. The length of each one varies, I think 400+ (I can get long-winded at times).

I set up Adsense to populate automatically within each post. Other affiliates links to different products and services will need to be manually inputted as you answer the questions.

Site is also linked to a Twitter account with a little over 200 followers. I was going to do ShezBlog method, the part where you focus on Twitter traffic and let Google find you (if you want Google and, well the site does include Adsense, but can easily be removed). I was going to add the other five or so Twitter accounts I have but didn't get around to it, but they have way less followers. I had a Facebook account and page attached to it, but I got sick of FB and quit it. So no more FB account and page.

So with that said, can someone also tell me what I should expect in terms of what someone might want to pay for this site? Remember, I have not been able to drive traffic to it yet. So there is also no revenue yet.

If this sounds rough, it's because I'm rushing. Thanks to anyone who can help.

It costs money to post on here and WF. Any places for free?

    DP is free.

However, if you think your site has true value to it, then I would put it on Flippa. $19 aint shit if the site is going to sell for a few hundred or thousand.

Thanks. Yes, I know, but I don't have the Flippa $19. How do you go about figuring out a price tag for a potential starter site? What do folks usually pay for potential starter sites?

Kinda hard to say without seeing the actual site or knowing the domain, but people don't really pay much for starter sites these days if they have no traffic or revenue.

If you really wanna sell it without paying for any fees, then DP is probably your best bet. You may not even get a buyer there, but it's worth a shot.

Don't know why someone would want to buy a Blogspot blog, and if they did, I don't think you would get much for it since it's not a self-hosted site.

    You can try though.

    Potential is bullshit

I could build a site tomorrow that sells diamond rings at $50,000 each and say "hey, it has potential, just sell 5 rings a day and you'll be rich!"

I agree. I hate when people try selling me a site and base it off "potential".

The thing is though, some people actually will get suckered into buying these types of sites. Usually people that are new to IM and don't know any better.
