There are many sites that can estimate what advertising income you could get off the site based on the hits, first determine how much your site is worth then try and sell it.
 
Try eBay, but you have to ofcourse sugar coat it saying its able to generate xxx.xx revenue. THere are tons on ebay, so you will need to price decently, but ive seen listings of people selling 10 sites daily.
 
Try gfy . com, it's adult webmaster forum and they have a buy and sell section.

I'd try gfy dotcom as well. People sell sites on their all the time, but keep in mind that they know there stuff so don't try to bs them.
