    Wordpress.com won't allow ads.

Buy yourself a cheap hosting package which will include a Wordpress setup.

You can find hosting for a few bucks per year. It is totally worth it.

namecheap gives a year of hosting with $9.90 or something... if you can't afford to buy that forget about your im earnings.

as for free hosting, I think tumblr was accepting adsense too. most of the free hosting services will put their advertisement on your website so you will lose visitors. so blogger/tumblr would be the best choice for you now. But consider buying a hosting man, it's cheap.

saying blogger is crap for a free hosting ... it has all the necessary option to link your custom domain and adsense integration. there's nothing better than that for what you're asking.

It is not that much for a cheap package so I would recommend going with that. pay a little and get a lot!

Check out Hostt.com, it's my friends website.

They're a startup and are hosted on the same servers as Hostgator. Their only requirement is you transfer your domain to them, and hosting is free for life. Really cool business model.
