I live in Bangkok and 950 $ is just a 1 month rent here (average condo)
Been to Argentina, Brazil, Chile and Venezuela.
Which resturants do you know of that do that?
Portugal or Central Europe close to the border with Eastern Europe countries (Eastern part of Slovakia, Czech republic, Poland).
You won't live as a king, but able to live in a small rented house or a small 1 bedroom flat.
Internet is cheap (fiber is around 20$ for 100/30mbs)
Food / restaurants / services are cheap
Girls are cute
Outside of Europe, no idea.
I will choose Prague, Serbia for that budget.
You can live comfortably and girls look like models. Huge plus point!
950 per month is kinda rich there.
I live in India and I find Serbia cheaper for some reason ( If you live like a local)
Hey man, what about the language there?
Can most people speak English?
There is so much to love about living in Thailand
Hey bro, it's not the 90's. Now in Prague, $950 is just enough to rent a two-room apartment and that's all...For a normal life you need about $1500-2000 a month. Rich life 3000+
For all of you I recommend numbeo com, where you have the latest prices of life all over the world.
Why would you rent 2-room apartment? Why not one room?
Balkan, you can live decently in Croatia and you can live like a king in Serbia/Bosnia (cities close to the sea in Croatia are expensive)
$1000 = Rs 70,000
Room - 2 bedroom apartment in a porch place - Rs 20,000
Food - definitely less than Rs 10,000 if you are planning to cook
Restaurant - Good place - Rs250/meal
Car cost - Rs 500,000 ( total cost )
Petrol - Rs 70/litre
I most definitely recommend EU Central / East European countries. You wont be rich, but can have decent life, its pretty safe and the life is generally good.
Well pretty much all of them, but it really depends on the waiters. Most of them will charge you but there are some that are decent enough to not do that. Also the entry fee to beach parties or clubs also do raise prices even for people who are from diffrent cities in Macedonia, since they don't give you a receipt for entry the security at the door can charge you what ever they want (This i know from experience, it has happent to me a few times).
That's crazy, it's only giving the business more short term money. In the long run, all it does is just damage their reputation.
I'd rather be able to expand to multiple restaurants of different types to capture a large % of the expat/tourist market than to make some extra money from ripping them off from a single restaurant.
Besides just expanding to more than one business in a single industry, a brand with a focus on quality and honesty would be able to expand to other industries such as running bars/nightclubs, hotels, apartments, resorts etc.
Check out Ukraine mate. It's super cheap and quality of women is WOW
Exacly, but people here don't see it that way. The restaurants, hotels try to squeeze more money, the waiters and secuity tries to squeeze a bit tip.. and you end up screwed.
Kolkata is even cheaper in terms of house rent. You can easily get a two bed room apartment for 8000 rupees. The problems with India (that I find bad) are
3) internet speed (this one is getting better though. India is catching up)
4) Bullshit politics (i don't want to discuss this)
5) Language barrier. You will have a tough time communicating in english.. as India is not predominantly a tourist spot.. plus the fact that we have so many local languages.
So, better choose another country like e.g. Czech republic (outside the main Prague city though. Prague is too costly).
Just got back from a 5 month trip traveling around to some awesome spots. You could prob do this in Croatia. Which was beautiful. I would also check out Bali. Everything is $5.
If you come to Brazil I recommend two cities: Natal and Pipa
Stay away from Rio and Sao paulo that money wont be enough there
Separate names with a comma.
