Well If you find godaddy coupon codes you can purchase a godaddy domain for $7.49 then when registered go into your dns settings and change the contact details to whatever you want.

That`s good to know, since I have heard and unfortunately experienced the shady godaddy itself.

For a minute, I thought this guy was being sarcastic. But looks pretty good. However there is ALWAYS a catch. IE. yahoo domains become 30$/yr after intial discount. What's the catch here?

Eh I might as well try it, got nothing to lose.

Pretty sure Godaddy has that for free. It may have been a promo code that I entered. But its worth checking out.

If you are not in a hurry you can buy .com for $4.99 at 1and1 with free whois privacy. They email me my login details after 3 days.

1and1 is where I get mine too. Free privacy and 5 bucks. They also allow you to purchase with your own aff link which makes the domain 2.50

1and1.com has had a sale on domains for like the past 3 months or something. Cheap $5 .com domain names. I haven't had a problem with them yet.

I recommend internet bs too 100%.
I switched from 1&1 as I didn't like the hoops that 1&1 put you thro' to cancel a domain.
I've had absolutely no problems with internet bs, private whois is free, and the only thing you'll get if someone moans about you to them is an e-mail letting you know. Fortunately, no-one has moaned about me yet...
    Oh, and nearly forgot...
I like the warm, rich, successful feeling it gives me to know my domains are held in the Bahamas, rather than Scunthorpe (or wherever). :D lol
