Also - you should specify what you need server for - if you need Windows one - ThrustVPS is what you looking for.
If you look for Linux - go with either DigitalOcean (cheaper) or Linode (more reliable).

YOu can't expect to get high quality for cheap. I'd increase my budget if I were you.

Cheap server usually means downtime, bad or no support etc.

Well, weird but my friend have been using contabo for 1 year now without problems and instant support.. The fees of the additional things is sucks when you gotta pay for the OS, but still cheaper than I've found this far. Any recommendations?

Where can I increase my budget? Is there some kind of magic button where I can just add money to my bank account? This is my budget, commenting that you should increase your budget makes you look very LQ.

Lol, advice yeah when I asked advice for the budget what I posted at the first place.
It makes you look LQ if you do something like this, because if I'd have bigger budget, maybe I wouldn't be asking here. I asked for a specific budget, not for tips what I should've e.g bigger budget.
Not being asshole, it just makes me pissed off when people don't know shit what they are getting their nose snooped in.

8GB RAM in $200/Year is not possible... I suggest in hosting go with quality providers... Don't play with your sire by host them on cheap providers...
