Most of these guys put their videos on Youtube. Maybe you can be more specific about what software program you are talking about?
You will have to be specific. Try the website of the software you have in mind. Some of the software is actually developed by members here. They might Skype with you if you asked.
There is no major SEO software out that does not have tons of youtube tutorials on it from affiliates trying to grab some traffic. If you really cannot find anything, just about every soft will have something on their sites, or a forum associated with the software that you can join and read through the threads. And if it really is so esoteric that none of the above helps, then its probably not worth learning
