I read that a CPA can testify against you if something goes wrong. With an attorney you have privacy, he is not forced to testify against you.

So where can i find these? Are they worth the $400 to help me set up my business? Or should i just go to H&R block for $100.

H&R block doesn't have what you need. you need to structure your entity properly. Also, your best bet is to find a CPA that is also a JD and keeps 2 seperate set of books. What exactly do you mean by "going wrong." It helps to know what fears you have, exactly.

I'm currently sitting for my CPA exam and have extensive ecommerce knowledge, PM me if you'd like some basic help.

Setting up your business properly. Ugggg. Thanks for talking about this. I should probably look into a CPA attorney myself as my business is a scattered mess.
