Where can I buy Youtube HR views now ?

I used to buy youtube views for my videos, and until June this year it worked pretty fine. But now my videos are only watched 20 to 30 sec per videos (approx. 5mn lenght each), and quality is so poor it is counter productive.

It seems YT changed it's algorithm again and all providers are down for a while

I know most services are bots and I don't really give a shit but can someone advise me a good youtube view provider that would be operational now ?

Most important : HR watch duration delivered progressivley and geo targeted (europe).

Thanks, but I never used it so I am not sure I would know how to use it best to promote my videos.
Do you think I can get good views for a faire amount of price? I really am a newbie

Google ads is the best if you have good budget. :)
 
@Rodier HR views are currently not available due to the last YouTube update, ADS views will give you low-retention views, better wait until the market will have some new offers
 
Youtube ads views are expensive and the minimum amount you are required to buy is insane, I guess we'll have to way for the new services. by the way, I am looking for fast (200+ daily) youtube subs, I have big bucks for subs. If anyone knows something let me know

What do you mean by "new services" ? Do you think things will move shortly ?
 
Not a single one method atm works in terms of ranking.
It's just wasting of money buying any kinds of views.
