Well i believe its the footprint, i created an apps pass to 2days. never marketed it never got any tokens after 24hours upon creation the apps. die. so i believe its not from a report it is the footprint neoapp leaving
 
i noticed facebook has gotten stricter in the past week regarding apps. they are def. improving their spam detection systems
 
and they (FB) also say that all this blocking is automated, thats from the mail i got from them:

Your application XXXX (ID #XXXX) has been detected by our automated systems and permanently disabled.

how can i get a customised footprint how much does it cost and will it make my apps last longer

think of some good app idea and hire a programmer to get it coded. dont use anything off the shelf which doesnot follow fb developer guidelines.

Use BH ways to promote the app, dont use BH on the app itself. If you want to succeed on FB, you need to get your strategy right.
 
any tips can any1 reconmend a good developer and how much they roughly charge

I think it has to do with a number of factors. If you break the issue down into footprint variables you're left with only a select few areas to look at. This is just off the top of my head:

a.) type of account (non-PVA vs PVA)
b.) age of account
c.) age of application
d.) rate of installation
e.) rate of removal (can be tracked by configuring callback)
f.) amount of abuse reports
g.) amount of traffic to any given link/URL that's tied to an application
h.) sequence and types of desired actions upon installation

Obviously I haven't figured out the magic formula but this is a good place to begin testing, while paying special attention to (c) through (e)
