Where can I buy Cheap American Traffic?

I need to buy cheap American traffic. Preferably the traffic would be in some way targeted, but that's not the biggest priority. It would be nice if the traffic could be steadily delivered over an amount of time to look natural. (The traffic can't be fake though.)

I've seen some okay Fiverr gigs, but I'd like some more sources.
 
What you're looking for is PTC traffic. You can get US traffic but the quality is shit as the visitors' goal is to make pennies online.
 
PPC, and go to some of the larger and more well known networks. If you want to skip Adwords, the Bing Adcenter is the second best to go for.

Also pass on PTC/PPV traffic - I rarely see anyone making money from these kinds of visitors.

You can visit your sites with proxies if you just want to boost its views

I think you misunderstood the OP. He wants to advertise, to gain traffic and not to become a publisher.

Not selling anything, actually just want traffic. Providing interesting content and not selling anything or doing a CPA. No information is ever being requested.

There are several places that can rival your prices. http://traffic.wtools.eu/ is similarly priced. I'm not looking for anything targeted, just cheap traffic. (the only thing I need are real people, no proxies, and from the USA)

I've ordered before and there was some confusion and disappointment on my part. You refused to resend the traffic.
