I don't want to rip one from another site if I can avoid it, and It seems to be really hit and miss with sites on Google (organic and ads). Any tips? Thanks in advance.

For important documents such as your TOS, you should consider hiring a lawyer.

Would it be wrong to say I stole the first one and reworded it a bit to fit my needs?

Not wrong at all - as I like to say, this isn't 'WhiteHatWorld!'

Having said that, I'm setting up a lot of WH stuff and want to err on the side of caution. Of course, TOS should be pretty boilerplate and I don't expect that I need to hire a lawyer for that (I hope I'm right).

Thanks for the above references - I'll take a look.
