whenever I add a big list i get temporarily unavailable

Whenever I add a big list say about 1000 keywords to keyword planner , within few minutes I get this notice .



Anyone else experiences this ?

It has happened too often , so i don't think its a coincidence . Does their system think I am a spammer or
is it because they consider me a freeloader as I have zero budget in account .

Did you tried to contact their support? ask them and see their response.
