When you are choosing a car for yourself , how much does the price impact the decision ?

Price is one of the most important things when someone is buying anything.

Most people have a budget and got to roll with it.
It becomes more important for costly things like house and car.

Price is the first thing that matters. Secondly design & mileage.

Trust me, price is amongst the most important things for everything !

Even for food, a better price will beat better quality pretty often.

90% of people dont afford "premium" things. In my country your average Joe earn $500-$600 per month, rent is around $250, utilities around $100.

Do you think food price is important ? Well trust me it is when you live day to day.

EDIT : You replied to the other guy already, you come and ask a question then say "for millionaires prices doesnt matter", you just gave yourself the answer you were looking for !

For buying I would go economic. If I were to consider a more expensive one I would definitely lease it on a business name as its much cheaper and can come with many tax/maintenance savings as buying a expensive car with your money would be a bad investment money wise because the car decreases in value at the moment you buy it. So yes, the price does somewhat impact the decision, because a car is primarily a tool for getting to places and doesn't need to be super expensive to be practical in what you need it for.

The importance of price when choosing a car can vary greatly depending on the individual's financial situation, personal preferences, and priorities. For some people, the price is the most important factor and they may prioritize finding the most affordable car that meets their needs. Others may be willing to pay a premium for certain features or brands they prefer, while others may be more focused on fuel efficiency or reliability.

In general, the price of a car is an important consideration for most people, as it often represents a significant investment. However, it is important to consider not only the initial cost of the car but also the long-term costs of ownership, including maintenance, repairs, fuel, and insurance.

Ultimately, the importance of price in choosing a car will depend on the individual's specific circumstances and priorities, and it is important to carefully consider all factors before making a decision.
You reek like chatgpt XD

For me, the quality of the goods is important to benefit from the price.

Price is the main factor. I'd love a more expensive car but I have other priorities to spend my money on. There's also a huge crisis in general of people spending well beyond their means when it comes to car finance. Far worse right now with central banks hiking interest rates.

I don't care about cars if they are in good condition - I only pay for the chauffeur service.

Personally, for myself, I chose to always take quality in life. Miser pays twice. I appreciate either Japanese or German quality in cars
Yes , with cars one should try to consider quality product as safety is also important.

Very. I won’t buy any that costs more than a tree fiddy.

My friend decided to save money and install non-native spare parts for the car, as a result, the engine burned out and it ended up in a large amount
