If you ever look at the comment section on news sites of people accused of crimes, everyone believes the person is automatically guilty without looking at any of the evidence. This is especially true for persons accused of sex crimes with children. All people talk about is wanting that person to be executed or rape by "Big Bubba" in jail. I do not understand how people can still think like this, the 1950's were 60 years ago,but people still act like its the 1950's.

I just think it is crazy so many people do not think with logic, and don't want to know more about it and the evidence before forming an opinion on it.

Agreed, it's pretty disgusting. Even during trials like the one involving Casey Anthony... it's like they forget how the legal system works. I talk to people and wonder... would you want everyone so quick to automatically assume you were guilty of something for which you actually weren't guilty? I try to explain how it is always better for X amount of guilty to go free, than for 1 innocent person to be imprisoned.

Even after explaining this, they still disagree... But what can you expect during an era where places like Guantanamo Prison are considered righteous and appropriate. I just pray I'm never wrongfully accused of anything. Because a "jury of my peers" is likely to just be comprised of biased/bigoted/ignorant idiots.
