Your content should be index by now. Add it to google search console and submit it for indexing.

Brand new sites take time to rank. Some will rank within few weeks and some will take min. 1-2 months depends on lot of factors. Just build links slowly and add regular content. Don't rush the things.

Is it okay if i add links from tumblr and guest posting only?

You're probably doing something wrong, but your site could be ranked somewhere between an hour from now and about 6 months depending on if Google finds it and thinks it adds value to someone.

My sites start to rank after 1-2 weeks, keep building links and it will start to rank.

The game has changed a lot recently... If your site is brand new (meaning not an expired domain), you won't rank top 10 within three months doesn't matter what you do and what your budget is, and what the keyword is.
SEO is a now a game for the patient, so be patient. There's no other option.

Have you verfied your site with WMT?
Have you set your prefered domain in WMT, and configured your hosting properly?

You can use fetch google to index it

+1 for this

Fetching in Google Webmaster Tools works much better than submitting it, however a few social signals and web2.0 links should be enough to get your site indexed without submitting it anywhere.

You mean this - https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/submit-url?pli=1 ??

I did this already but my site isnt indexed hence, not ranking

Your domains looks to be penalized.

After you submit you link to google for indexing it usually gets indexed within 2-3 hours.

2 weeks old and already over 10k content?? Original or scraped copies?

I'm surprised only one user noticed how bad a strategy this was.

Google has probably immediately flagged this site.

You mean much unique content in short time is considered bad by aunt Google?

We're currently preparing a shop with round about 40K products for launch, each with unique, freshly written descriptions etc. on a fresh domain.
So launching this shop as a whole would be bad, cause we push 1 time so much content?

A few links?
Identify a few other sites similar to yours. Your competitors you could say. (that may not be the term depending on what your site is about) but basically identify a few other sites that you want yours to be like.

Go to Google.

Type in... links colon (the name of the domain you identified)
you can try it with the www or just the name and see what comes up, try it both ways

Look where is sais the number of results. It will say about 20,000 results or what ever it is. Basically that is telling you the number of backlinks that that site has. If it is a competitor or a site that you want to be similar to, than that it the range of links your site should have. Chances are you still need to keep posting and building links. This is why it could take some months depending on how many your site needs to be competitive. Disclaimer: this is only one small portion of everything thats involved. There is more to it than that when it you get into link authority as well but its a starting point.

Hope it helps. Good luck on the new site.
