when using scrape box

if i scrape urls for a keyword on wordpress platform, comment on them and the next day i scrape the same keywords again on wordpress platform will i get fresh urls or the ones from the last day?

or is there an option for this or something?

No, save all your lists, then combine them and check for duplicate URLs/Domains.
