When to start linking building?

Sorry for stupid question but I am newb, I wanna know what is SERP?

I want to know about the authentic way of building the links... How can we build them precisely... And get good out of them?

I really ask myself where all this "knowledge" comes from, and so specific...?

Build a website with around 30 pages?
20 links per day..?

What is that? lol

Sorry, but in my experience it doesn't matter how many links you build as long as your site is high quality and your content is good.

I have really big websites, that I started out with over 1 million posts immediately, I never got penalized, people linked my content, got hundreds of links per day from real visitors, plus spammed links from my own efforts. Never saw the so called "sandbox", when your site is young, Google dances more often and will rank your site lower, then again higher, then lower etc etc

That is pretty normal and you shouldn't worry, build as many links as you want. As long as your website has good content, fresh content and gets updates regulary you dont have to worry about a thing.

I try to build like 20 a day, but that's just because most of them don't stick lol ok, thats not really funny....
