When To Add Adsense To New BLog

I recently created a MNS for a keyword I bought of cyberzilla and i'm pleased to see its positoned at the top of page 2 after 5 days.

I didnt add adsense initially because I figured google might not like seeing it right away on new sites (probably a bone headed assumption that I didnt research).

Now I'm wondering when would be a good time to start adding adsense units to the site?

I have seen somewhere here in a post about things we tend to forget when we want to rank on google to add them right from the start. Reason made some sense. Adsense is owned by google and this is where you want to rank so it cannot hurt to use their ads on your new website you are trying to rank.

Its safer to add adsense once U bag in a PR 1 ;)
 
I add adsense when the blog is 1-2 weeks old and has at least 10 articles. It's also a good idea to consider how high you are ranking and how much traffic you are getting.
 
Ah ok yes thanks mate, I'll add some adsense units tomorrow :)
 
I'm playing safe and add the ads only after I have decent traffic and 10+ pages of content.
Anyway, what would be the point to add the ads before you have any traffic.
 
When blog is packed with some content and have some traffic then adding adsense in safe. As google adsense like useful, unique and informative content for visitors.
 
u have to post 2-5 post regularly & after 3 months u will insert the adsense code of your blog, then u will find better result.
 
A general rule of thumb (for me at least) is 1k daily visits. It may be set a little high, but I find that it's very effective. If you wait that long plan on seeing $5+ a day with adsense on the first day you put it up.

don't make much sense. Generally, When the site has decent traffic, it's time to add adsense in. Of course the site should have around 5 posts or more. I"ve seen site has good traffic but very few content banned by Google

You can add adsense to your blog as soon as your blog meets the TOS of adsense.
This can be done in the first day too.

So many smartasses around here...

Just put them on and concentrate on backlinks or other SEO stuff.

i add an adsense ad anytime i'm ready for google to 'see' my site....

i use it as one of the ways to get a new site indexed by google.
 
When you have got steady visitor. Adsense without visitor is useless, you need a visitor, well maybe one month later when your traffic stabilized.
 
I do it right off the bat, what is the point in waiting, you will just be losing money you could potentialy win.

Thumbs up to this. Why wait? Of course you have to read the Adsense TOS and dont ever break it.
