When they say ''I found someone cheaper''

Serious answer to a meme thread;

If they aren't ready to invest say 100€ in something for good results, that they'd rather go to the guy providing "the same" for 10€, are they really believing it's a good investment to begin with? They obviously don't know what value you're providing, which is why you lose that customer.

Many people also don't understand that you always need to invest in order to get started rightly, I would rather pay someone $2k for something good that can be transformed than paying $1k to someone on fiverr who just learned how to download and upload a template. You get what you pay for. If you are just in the testing phase you should always ask people what they think of and look at what competitors are doing. Ideas or knowledge don't matter, execution is the only thing people need. Only my 2 cents. Good meme :)

To add more explanation to this:

If someone wants to base their decision solely on price... let them. But make sure to be the one to explain to them that they're not going to get it done quickly or correctly. They'll trust you even more when the person they went with doesn't work out and probably refer more people your way once you do a good job for them.

This image also helps in those types of conversations:

Lol. Many of these people expect you to give them heaven for a peanut. A guy told me he used to hire someone for $5 for his youtube videos ranking but not anywhere near the top, but wanted premium service for 5 bucks as well. I simply told him that explains why he not getting result he wants.

So difficult for some to understand "you get what you paid for".

I also have a image that I love which sums this up. Here you go!

Nope not the case in the example you provided.

You should have qualified that customer before you even started let alone talking about the value you provide. I could be the best in the world but if the client can only afford 10 euro they will never be able to hire me.

If you can't qualify them it's just a waste of everyones time involved!

As for the wall.. although I get the meme there's a bit of an art to keep that wall going the way the bricks have been placed id be more concerned if I was looking down it and the wall looked like it was curving in and our rather than the placement of bricks on angles!
