I'm thinking of creating a website to sell (through an affiliate program) some supplements and health related products.

When dealing with products like these is there anything you need to take into consideration? Do you need to be careful about what you claim the benefits are? Can you get into trouble if you say a product has health benefits even though none of it is scientifically proven?

Advice from anyone who is in those sort of niches would be appreciated.

    Thanks.

Just add a page to your website. On that page say something like, "This website is for educational purposes only and is not inteeded to diagnose or treat any ailments. Seek your health care practician for medical advice."

All hesalth type sites have that clause written in, so just copy one of them but in your own words.
