When optimzing my new site should I put keywords like this?

Lets say that I have found my keywords that I want to rank for...ex....blue hair brushes....but I also want to add about 9 more pages to my site so it doesn't look like MFA site....

Which of these two scenerios would be the correct way to optimize my site?

Scenerio 1
should my url be hxxp://wwx.hair brushes.com

page 1 - blue hair brushes
page 2 - red hair brushes
page 3 - green hair brushes

or

Scenerio 2
should I put my main keywords in the url like hxxp://wwx.bluehairbrushes.com

page 1 - blue hair brushes
page 2 - red hair brushes
page 3 - green hair brushes

I'm so confused on which one is the best of the two for ranking....thanks
