Are you sure that this is connected? Usually, Google positively responds to new content (maybe not right away, but rankings usually increase after you add content). How old is your site? Did you do any backlinking at all? If your website is new (less than 3 months old), then this may be a part of Google dance.

I have many sites and they are at least one year old. One more thing some times it appears on page 1 for the keyword and some time not what is it...?

It is not always a matter of what you are doing. There are others who are posting also and doing some good SEO. Everything is in flux. Link your site to authority sites and make sure it is "social." Look for some decent links that will stick and have juice. Grab the URL from your posted article and build links to it. Do not ping it!

What most likely is going on is that your site is still doing a Google Dance, every time you post new content Google will reevaluate your site and its ranking
You say your site is only 3 months old, then this is normal, keep adding content and focus on quality SEO, not only to the new content but also tiered to money site.

This happens a lot to me, but I just keep working on the sites and within 1-2 more months it will find more stable rankings.

Since you have unique content, there are still other factors to check which could decrease a site's rank in the SERPS including overoptimized keywords, algo penalty, google dance, check if existing backlinks are not removed, and competitors have now greater quality backlinks than yours.

If it's just a dance then just continue on creating new contents to your site and update on a regular basis; make sure your site is easy to navigate for better user experience to increase your site's traffic; and build links from high authority sites like blog posts, wiki, web 2.0s, HPBL, etc. Keep building links to maintain link velocity.

Sounds like it may just be dancing, but you should certainly look at your back links. You always want to be doing as much as you can to get your site a plethora of diverse back links from as wide a range of sites as possible. You should also make sure you're taking advantage of social networking. The more you do with Twitter in particular, the better it will be for traffic to your site. And be patient - you won't always see results off the bat.

It is either over optimized or not optimized at all for the keywords you see decrease.
