Just got a great domain and wondering how a GPT site or a site like dollar surveys dot net tracks the accounts, in dollar surveys dot net tracks paypal emails and decides who to ban what accounts get paid, how many offers were completed to get paid and so on ... ?

Tracking of offers is automatic. Once they complete an offer they get credit.
You get paid before they do. It's all automatically tracked
