Maxbounty is where I noticed a 15 minute-ish delay. Usually e-mail submits convert (pay) once the first page is submitted, sometimes the second.

I've seen some instances in where I was testing an offer... Their system would credit my account IMMEDIATELY after the email/zip was submitted. In other cases it would take 5-10 minutes.

It must all be dependant on their server load.

The only e-mail submits I have ever seen just require a person to type in their e-mail and press the submit button. The only verification e-mails that are needed is when you are dealing with offers that require a sign-up and that offer does not convert until the e-mail verification page is loaded. These are usually marked in the description but will vary depending on your network.

    I have the same problem...
The clicks register instantly. But the pay isn't instant.
I guess I should try waiting another 15 minutes.
