When do you worry that you're converting a little too well?

Maybe you should stop frauding your sponsor and invest your time and knowledge into finding a real source of traffic generation. Then you would have not to worry about doing such petty things. Honestly, from a program owners point of view and having to deal with fraud clicks and leads, I hope your account gets closed and you dont get paid. :)

If you are doing something different then pls forgive my rant.

I wouldn't call what i'm doing fraud. They are real leads. Because these people are interested in the 'general category' of what i'm offering.

I just hate having to answer questions since i don't plan on letting these guys know how i get my traffic.

And yes, you are forgiven.

It really depends on the vertical(s) you promote.

E-mail zip/submits/shortforms that convert ridiculously well off top don't really need to be adjusted too much. I like to keep them in the range of 10-25%.

Insurance/mortgage/debt offers I like to keep in the range of 3-20%.

Free trial offers I like to keep below 10%.

(These are not fraudulent leads, just well produced.)

I think it really depends on what your relationship with your AM is like. It depends really if you said you promote e-mail (conversions should be A LOT lower) vs PPC with long-tail keywords (where conversions will be a lot higher).

I just know it's a fact that people get suspicious if you have that good kind of traffic (no matter how legit), that's all the question is about so thanks to the people who answered that. I always say this place looks too black, so we like to throw posts at OPs without thinking first.

Yeah whatever you do, don't give them all of the details.

A lot of the affiliate managers are just out to make a buck too, you don't want them stealing some of your methods.

Clearly you are at the wrong forum. If I am not mistaken this is a black hat forum. I suppose you go to the cookie stuffing forum and tell them to drop their cookies legitly? He is asking a question about a black hat way of making money on a black hat forum, which is perfectly acceptable.

At the OP, keeping your conversions 1-5% would be good
