    Hello BHW,

I know there are many people here who are doing IM as their full time job. I'd like to know when did you decide to quit your day job and take over IM as your full time job. I mean after how much you earn, you think you can quit your day job?

It depends on what you have to support.

I quit a day job like, 6 years ago...I use to sell Air jordans on eBay then found this forum, learned about CPA invested some money from selling jordan's into that. Then wanted to create my own product I got tired of being banned by CPA networks for BH methods, met a person who shared the same goals here "reinrein" started a company VenomSeo was born and I haven't looked back since, don't really know the amount i was at when i quit lost count after a while.

I got fired from my job around March, so I was pretty much pushed into this. I mainly make my money from offline SEO work. I didn't start that until I lost my job. Right before that I made an authority blog and made money of of advertising. I now have that site and a couple of niche sites. I probably make over $2,000/month so I'm doing ok. I'm not a big spender so that's good for me.....for now.

I was working full time in IM for a couple of big brands in the UK but I don't really have the "work hard to make your boss more money" mentality. So I left out of the blue and now make approx 10x more money. It wasn't easy at first, but experience and dedication is all you need!

I wasn't really makin shit when I quit my full-time job. Maybe a few hundred a month. That was back in November of 2009 I believe. I just knew I had to make IM work out for me because I had no other options, and it did.

I haven't looked back since and I definitely don't regret quitting my job when I did.

A lot of people will say "wait until your IM income exceeds your job income" but I just didn't have the patience for that. I suppose it would have been different if I had kids and a family to care for, but since it's just me, I think I had it a little easier.

from the very second i came up with my first "online money" idea i knew it will change my life. and it did.

i was only making few $$$/month,when i risked to be full time IM, but i knew it worth the effort and time.since i see always growing monthly income, and more and more niches i am making money with.
