I track over 3,000 keywords, around 90 sites in proranktracker. I want to downgrade to track less keywords. Is it even worthh tracking KW's that consistently sit at 70-100/NTH? Some of the KW's have low search volume estimate at <10 or so.

The tracking is for your benefit, if you don't get any valuable information from certain keywords then cut them out. Track what you care about ranking for.

    +1

That is what I would also recommend. Regardless, you can check later in Google Webmaster or Semrush for any new high volume keywords that have been performing well and start tracking them later.
