So im still getting my Youtube channel ready, I want to have at least 3 ready videos before uploading anything (im talking a legit channel with good content). I still don't have my AdSense account. I see people recommend creating your AdSense account with gmail account separated from everything else, so I've got this account created from like a year ago that has 0 use, and then im going to use a 2011 one for my Youtube channel. Im just asking if when you are creating the AdSense account on their wepbage, are you forced to specify a website (usually blog or youtube channel) or can I create the AdSense account without specifying anything just to save some time and have the account ready for when I have my videos ready to upload? Do you get less priority or potentially get rejected if you don't specify any website when creating your AdSense account? I hope my question makes sense.

there is no need to specify a website.
to tie the adsense account with your youtube channel, you have to login to your youtube channel, and then tie the adsense account.
you cannot do it from adsense directly.

Where are you getting this information from? How many videos would I need to qualify if any? I see conflicting versions here. Some people is telling me that I don't need neither a website or a youtube channel and others tell me I need a website or a youtube channel (with some traffic going on)

You need a working website with good content to get your AdSense account approved. I'm not sure if you can use your Youtube channel, you need to try. If they reject it, you can submit another website, but the ads script have to be installed on the page with some traffic for a couple of days.
