My question basically is, when building a website what would be in YOUR opinion the best schedule to develop the site.
    EX:

Week 1, building the website adding content and letting google index it
Week 2, start building first tier backlinks
Week 3, start building second tier
Week 4, implement monetization method, etc etc etc and so on.

Would it be stupid to do all of that on week 1 and just keep building backlinks everyday for 4 weeks? is that too agressive?, what do you think is best? what I described above?

    As always, thank you.

You should look up "System Development Learning Cycle" on Google... I've taken project management and software engineering papers that talk about this in depth. Know what the purpose of the site is, who the site is for (target market, etc), what timeframe you have for development, how you plan to market the site, ongoing maintenance and changes, etc...

Combine this approach with Agile software development and you should be ok...

Really just get started. Make a list of things you think need to get done and the order will work itself out.

I am in the same situation as you are right now, first two month building a website. I would recommend you to try dividing a workday in several blocks, each doing one part of the puzzle. You need to have all working when you start getting decent traffic, so really there is no way you can do just link bulding and have poor design for example and no content on site.

Well, the thing is I have several websites that are ranking amazingly but other new ones, I obsess; I have a really obsessive personality and I basically spend from 9am all the way to 3 am working on websites so by the end of the day I have about 2 websites done, about 40 manual web 2.0, articles, and I'm ready to start building backlinks, but I feel like I shouldn't do all of that the first week do you know what I mean?
